CAPABILITIES

Printing – Ballabox can print a sheet in calipers ranging from .012 to .040. ranging in size from 19” x 27” to 36” x 49”, four colors per pass.

Die Cutting - Ballabox can die-cut a sheet in calipers ranging from .010 to .060. ranging in size from 5” x 5” to 44” x 65”.

Finishing - Ballabox can fold and glue a beers-style box in calipers ranging from .012 to .040. ranging in size from 5” x 2” x 1 ” to 16” x 15” x 7”.

Ballabox can fold and glue a straight-line box in calipers ranging from .012 to .040. ranging in size from 2” x 5/8” x 5/8” to 20” x 50” x 40”. Ballabox can fold and glue a straight-line automatic bottom box in calipers ranging from .012 to .040. ranging in size from 3” x 1 3/8” x 2” to 20” x 5” x 40”.

We can also fold and glue e-flute corrugated cartons.

We can also glue in-fold, 6 corner and multi-fold cartons in varying sizes depending upon the application.

Ballabox utilizes a wide range of equipment to serve its diverse customer base. Ballabox has machine redundancy in every area of manufacturing. This redundancy is vital to insuring that our customers will receive their cartons when needed without concern of machine failure.
